WDC engages a limited number of projects per year across seven Los Angeles neighborhoods. Each has its own permitting body, architectural inheritance, and design vocabulary — LADBS and the Coastal Commission, LA County Building & Safety, Beverly Hills B&S and the BHFD, the Hillside Ordinance, and the County’s fire-rebuild emergency track. We carry the engagement with one principal, one project manager, and one schedule. The same team that walks the lot in Discovery signs the closeout binder.
