Architecture-led design-build across central and west Los Angeles. Each neighborhood a distinct permitting environment and architectural register. WDC holds the brief from Discovery through Certificate of Occupancy.

WDC engages a limited number of projects per year across seven Los Angeles neighborhoods. Each has its own permitting body, architectural inheritance, and design vocabulary — LADBS and the Coastal Commission, LA County Building & Safety, Beverly Hills B&S and the BHFD, the Hillside Ordinance, and the County’s fire-rebuild emergency track. We carry the engagement with one principal, one project manager, and one schedule. The same team that walks the lot in Discovery signs the closeout binder. WDC engages a limited number of full-home projects per year. Applications are reviewed personally by the principal — not by an intake coordinator, not routed to a sales pipeline. Discovery is a 90-minute conversation, fixed fee, with a written feasibility memo whether or not we proceed together.
